Hosting and server logs

This website is self-hosted on a server operated for the controller. When you access the site, the web server processes the data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is stored in server logs for a short period for security and operational purposes (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data.

No tracking, no third-party fonts

This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are delivered from this server. Your chosen colour scheme (light/dark) is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is never transmitted.

Embedded videos

Videos from YouTube or Vimeo are loaded only after you click on them. Before that click, no connection to those providers is made. After the click, the respective provider receives your IP address and may set cookies according to its own privacy policy (YouTube in “no cookie” mode, Vimeo with “do not track”). Self-hosted videos and podcast audio are delivered from this server.

Search

Search queries are processed on this server to display results. They are not stored beyond the server logs described above.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at). Please use the contact details in the imprint.
